This class helps young adults discover a dynamic life flow and build confidence in self-expression. Learn techniques for managing uncertainty in turbulent times, and the importance of building a good support system. Participants will examine life objectively, by evaluating satisfaction in 14 areas of life. We will set and revise goals and develop specific action plans to help address any blocks that may be preventing successful achievement of your life aspirations.
This class is for any young adult searching career possibilities. The focus will be to help you uncover your hidden strengths on this class is to get in touch with their own unique offerings and to prepare for a healthy transitions into the

Dynamo Coach, SONJA PRICE, works with young adults to uncover unique gifts that can help create and actualize dreams and aspirations. Through a series of interactive exercises and skills & personality inventories, this workshop offers clients a holistic perspective on how to create success in life, in career, in love.
A Dynamo occurs when a magnetic field reinforces an original magnetic field and sustains an energetic flow. Sonja aims to activate natural dynamos within her clients to create healthy leaders of tomorrow's economic systems.
